Use of Naira Traffic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Naira Traffic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What the Service Does

Naira Traffic presents route comparisons for supported currency corridors by collecting live or recently cached provider data, calculating route combinations, and displaying recommended paths, market insight, and supporting analytics.

• The product is an information and workflow tool.
• The product does not itself move money, custody funds, settle foreign exchange, or act as a bank, money transmitter, broker, or remittance provider.
• Provider availability, rates, limits, and eligibility may change without notice.

3. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

The content provided through Naira Traffic is for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, compliance advice, or a recommendation to use a specific provider or transaction structure. You remain responsible for evaluating whether a route is appropriate for your needs, risk tolerance, regulatory situation, and provider eligibility.

4. Rate Accuracy and Timing Limits

Naira Traffic aims to present useful route intelligence, but rates and route outcomes can differ from what a provider actually offers at the moment you complete a transfer.

• Rates may be delayed, stale, partial, unavailable, inferred, or invalidated by provider-side changes.
• Displayed calculations may not reflect provider fees, limits, settlement timing, network disruptions, verification requirements, taxes, or bank-side deductions.
• Any route output should be treated as a decision aid, not as a guaranteed executable quote.

5. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and any transfer you complete through third-party providers complies with applicable law, sanctions requirements, provider rules, and account restrictions.

• You must provide accurate search inputs.
• You must independently confirm rates, destination details, and provider availability before sending funds.
• You must not rely on the service as your sole source of truth for a high-value or time-sensitive transaction.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Naira Traffic or attempt to interfere with the service.

• No unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction, resale, mirroring, or reverse engineering of the service.
• No attempts to disrupt service operation, bypass security measures, or overload infrastructure.
• No use of the service in connection with unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, or deceptive conduct.

7. Third-Party Services and Marks

Naira Traffic references third-party providers including Pesa (PesaPeer) and LemFi. Those provider names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Naira Traffic participates in referral programs offered by Pesa and LemFi. When signup links appear in route steps they are labeled as referral links. Naira Traffic does not guarantee provider availability, rates, account eligibility, or product features offered by any third-party service.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party marks and content owned by others, the Naira Traffic website, interface design, route presentation logic, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Chim Wopara Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chim Wopara Enterprises disclaims warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chim Wopara Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost business, lost data, failed transfers, missed market opportunities, or compliance failures arising from or related to your use of Naira Traffic.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

Naira Traffic may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Subscriptions and Billing

Naira Traffic offers 10 free uses to new users. After free uses are exhausted, a paid usage bundle is required to continue. Each completed live rate scan constitutes one use. A usage bundle unlocks all features of the product.

Pricing: Monthly plan: $49.99/month for 10 uses ($4.99 per use), renewing monthly. Annual plan: $420/year ($35/month) for 10 uses per month that roll over — a 30% saving over monthly. Top-up: $19.99 for 4 additional uses, available to active subscribers who exhaust their monthly allocation early. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from the subscription settings within the product, or by contacting support@wopara.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately; unused uses are non-refundable except where required by law.

On average, Naira Traffic members save approximately $2,405 across 10 searches by using optimized transfer paths. This estimate is derived from the average international student transaction amount and observed savings rates, and is not a guarantee of individual savings.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Chim Wopara Enterprises reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice, cancel subscriptions for misuse, or discontinue the service. Refund requests should be directed to support@wopara.com.

13. Promotional Emails

Naira Traffic may display advertisements for products and services operated by Chim Wopara Enterprises while results are loading. Signed-in users may optionally request a one-time promotional email about an advertised product by tapping an "Email Me" button. This is a voluntary, single-send action. It does not constitute enrollment in a mailing list or ongoing marketing communications. The advertised products are operated by the same entity as Naira Traffic; this relationship is disclosed in the product Disclosure page.
